Join us for the 2019 North Canterbury Wine & Food Festival! On Sunday 10 March, thousands of laid back wine and food lovers gather under the oaks at Glenmark Domain to celebrate the harvest in style. Delicious North Canterbury wines are the highlight of this festival. Please fill out the form below to apply for a wine stall. Applications close 23 November 2018.

WHATS REQUIRED FROM YOU
Complimentary Glasses *
3 x complimentary glasses of wine to the festival committee to use at their discretion on the day (i.e. to be gifted to festival entertainers and/or volunteers).
Complimentary Bottles *
3 x complimentary bottles of wine to the festival committee to use at their discretion. (i.e. used as promotional giveaways, or as contra payment for festival expenses where possible). The bottles will be collected from you prior to 9.30am of the day of the festival
Set Up / Pack Down Staff *
SET UP / PACK DOWN STAFF If you selected the ‘site + tent’ option, you are required to send 2 x staff to assist with marquee set up and pack down at Glenmark Domain at the following times - Friday 8 March 2018, 9am – 11am Monday 11 March 2018, 9am – 11am Please note pack in and out times are subject to change at the discretion of festival organisers. We will notify you in advance of any changes.

By applying for a food site at the North Canterbury Wine & Food Festival 2019, you are accepting the following waivers
MORE INFORMATION WILL BE SENT TO ALL CONFIRMED STALLHOLDERS IN DECEMBER 2019
The festival will have a licence to cover consumption and sales on site All winery sites are REQUIRED to get a special off licence for sales of unopened wine to be taken from the site. A template for this will be emailed out and each winery must complete and apply to Hurunui District Council (sent to you by elle@brownbread.co.nz) The rate is TBC for 2019, but is expected to be similar to 2018’s fee of $63.25 inc GST - to be paid to the HDC. Each stall will require at least one person to hold a Managers Certificate for the Sale of Liquor and act as Duty Manager. If two wineries are sharing the one stall, each winery needs their own special off-licence for sales of unopened wine.
