27seconds is a North Canterbury wine label that combines quality wines with purpose. Made from grapes at Terrace Edge and produced with support from winemakers in the region, their range includes fresh Sauvignon Blancs, Rieslings, Pinot Gris, Rosé and Pinot Noir.
Black Estate
Black Estate is a family owned winery in Waipara, North Canterbury, known for its organic and biodynamic approach. Their hillside vineyards produce expressive Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and more, all shaped by the region’s unique soils. Fernbank Wines
Fernbank Wines is a boutique North Canterbury winery producing single vineyard wines from the Waipara Valley. Melton Estate

Mount Brown Estates
Mount Brown Estates produces elegant Waipara Valley wines with a strong focus on Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. Fancrest Estate

Liam's Langos
Liam's Langos serves up delicious Hungarian lángos — golden, crispy fried bread topped with a range of fresh, flavourful toppings like tomatoes, feta, herbs, pesto and more. A festival and event favourite in Christchurch, it’s a tasty, fun twist on a classic street-food snack that keeps crowds coming back for more.

Rollicious Vietnamese is a vibrant Vietnamese eatery serving fresh, flavour-packed favourites like beef pho, house-baked bánh mì, spring rolls and noodle salads. ROMA
Roma Street Food is our pinkest food truck, dishing up fun, fresh and flavour-packed Mexican-inspired street food at festivals, markets and events around the city. Inspired by the bold tastes of Mexico City, ROMA serves tacos and other vibrant bites with personality and punch, perfect for a quick, tasty feast with a fiesta vibe.
Smoke n Barrel
Smoke ’n’ Barrel is a food truck favourite that brings slow-smoked meats, hearty American-style BBQ and bold sides to the festivals. Known for rich, smoky brisket, pulled pork, loaded sides and classic BBQ flavours, Smoke ’n’ Barrel also offers catering for events and gatherings with a flavour-packed, down-to-earth approach to smoke-house cooking.

Styx & Stone is a popular Christchurch pub-style eatery known for its hearty, flavour-packed menu featuring stone-grill steaks, juicy burgers, fish & chips, and other casual favourites with local flair. We can't wait to see their offerings food-truck style.

NAMETS is a Filipino-inspired food truck and catering brand bringing vibrant Filipino hospitality to the festival with delicious, home-style bites. Founded by a local couple, NAMETS serves up comforting, flavour-packed dishes and food packs that showcase authentic Filipino flavours and warm, welcoming service.
FUSH
Fush is a popular whānau-owned Christchurch food truck known for taking classic fish & chips to the next level with fresh, crispy fish, juicy fried chicken, big burgers and tasty sides served with a warm, friendly vibe.
Greystone Oysters
Greystone Oysters served up shucked-to-order with minimal adornment to showcase their clean, briny flavour, a perfect match with crisp Waipara wines. The oysters come from premium New Zealand sources and are celebrated for their quality and simple, delicious presentation.
Kung Fu Dumplings
Kung Fu Dumplings is serving up hand-crafted Kathmandu-style momo dumplings, steamed or pan-fried to order with classics like chicken and beef plus hearty vegan options. A favourite at markets and festivals around the city, it brings authentic Nepalese flavour and crowd-pleasing comfort food to the streets.
Cinque Terre
Cinque Terre is a charming Italian food truck bringing authentic Italian flavours with handmade focaccia sandwiches and other savoury & sweet bites inspired by the owners’ roots in Italy’s picturesque Cinque Terre region. Their fresh, flavour-packed offerings make it a favourite choice for delicious, casual Italian street food.
Bacon Bros
Bacon Bros’ food truck brings the crew’s famous burger and BBQ goodness. Serving up big, flavour-packed burgers with quality local ingredients straight from the trailer. Originating from a market stall and now part of the wider Bacon Bros family, the truck is all about bold eats, great vibes and hearty street-food that gets crowds lined up and satisfied.
Empire Chicken
Empire Chicken will be bringing their much-loved fried chicken truck, serving up crispy, flavour-packed chicken cooked fresh on site. Expect golden crunch, bold seasoning and seriously satisfying bites.
The Gee Spot
The Gee Spot serving up fresh, flavour-packed street food. Known for juicy burgers, loaded fries (like pulled-pork loaded fries), tacos and crispy fried chicken, it brings bold, crowd-pleasing eats with a fun vibe.
Wildfire Pizza
Wildfire Pizza will be firing up their wood-fired pizza truck, serving freshly made, artisan pizzas cooked on site. Using quality ingredients and classic Italian-style bases, their crowd-pleasing pizzas are the perfect match for a glass of Waipara wine and a relaxed afternoon at the festival.
The Roaming Bear
The Roaming Bear will be rolling in with their tasty street-food truck serving up fresh wraps, loaded nachos, crisp salad bowls and sweet waffles. Packed with flavour and perfect for grazing between tastings, The Roaming Bear brings fun, flavour-filled eats that’ll keep you fuelled throughout the day.
Food by Fire
Food by Fire will be showcasing bold, live-fire cooking, serving flame-kissed dishes packed with smoky flavour. Cooked over open fire and designed for sharing, their food brings a primal, crowd-pleasing energy that pairs perfectly with a relaxed afternoon and a glass in hand.
The Chippy
The Chippy will be serving up classic UK fish and chips from their food truck, with golden battered fish, hot chips and crowd-pleasing comfort food done right. Simple, nostalgic and always popular, it’s the perfect easy eat to enjoy while soaking up the atmosphere.
Artesanos
Artesanos will be serving up handcrafted Argentinian-style empanadas from their food truck, filled with rich, flavour-packed ingredients and baked fresh on site. Easy to eat and full of comfort, they’re the perfect savoury bite to enjoy while wandering with a glass in hand.

INATI brings its celebrated share-plate spirit to the festival with beautifully crafted bites that showcase seasonal New Zealand flavours in creative, refined ways. Inspired by their award-winning chef’s tailored approach to local produce, the INATI stall offers an elevated tasting experience that’s perfect to enjoy alongside a glass of wine.
